David provides a sliding fee scale for people who do not have insurance. To avoid confusion, this rate is based on what is necessary for him to keep his shingle hanging. David will charge $45.00 per hour, plus an hourly rate of your wage. (If a person earns $12.00 an hour, the cost of the session would be $57.00) This is necessary to insure he can keep his office functioning.
